RETURNS, EXCHANGES and LIMITED WARRANTY

RETURN CONDITIONS

The3DmaN non-digital items purchased from www.the3dman.com are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase unused and in their original condition for any reason, subject to the following criteria: You must contact The3DmaN (the3dman@protonmail.com) for return approval and provide the original order number and/or original receipt, as well as the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The3DmaN will refund the entire purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). All refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned merchandise.

Customer refunds will be provided in the same form that original payment was provided (e.g. Paypal, Visa, etc.)

*All clearance items/irregular sale items cannot be returned. All such sales are final.

*Digital items are not eligible for refund. All digital sales are final.

METHODS OF RETURNING

By Mail – Contact The3DmaN (the3dman@protonmail.com) for return approval and provide the original order number and/or original receipt, as well as the reason for the return. Mail the item(s) for return to The3DmaN. When mailing your return, please include a copy of your receipt or your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Mailed-in returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt.

*Items returned to The3DmaN without prior return approval from The3DmaN will not be refunded. Any shipping costs incurred for returning the item to the customer will be paid by the customer. If return shipping costs are not paid by the customer, the item will not be returned to the customer.

NON-DIGITAL LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

The3DmaN warrants its non-digital products and its parts purchased from www.the3dman.com against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, The3DmaN will repair, replace, or refund the defective product with a new or reconditioned product at The3DmaN’s option, without charge to you.

Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by The3DmaN. All shipping fees both to and from The3DmaN following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer.

METHODS OF CLAIMING WARRANTY

By Mail – Contact The3DmaN (the3dman@protonmail.com) for warranty approval and provide the original order number and/or original receipt, as well as a description and photos of the defective product. Once you receive warranty approval, mail the item to The3DmaN. When mailing your item, please include a copy of your receipt or your order number. Return shipping costs for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by The3DmaN. All shipping fees both to and from The3DmaN following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer. Mailed-in claims will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt

*Items returned to The3DmaN without prior warranty approval from The3DmaN will not be covered under warranty. Any shipping costs incurred for returning the item to the customer will be paid by the customer. If return shipping costs are not paid by the customer, the item will not be returned to the customer.
